What if I am not available to receive my delivery?

In the case of being unavailable to receive your delivery, you have the following options:
• Contact our delivery agent ahead of time to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time. (Note that the item can only be kept for a limited time before it is cancelled as failed delivery)
• If you are unable to plan for an alternative delivery, you can contact our customer service team to request a rescheduling of the delivery. You can reach them by clicking on the "Talk to us" button at the top right of the homepage or selecting "Live Chat" from the bottom right of the page.
Note: It is not possible to change the delivery address once an order is placed. FMT will make only one (1) attempt to deliver the package before cancelling your order. FMT proceeds with delivery timeline, if the delivery fails from which the default is from the customer, the next item attracts extra charges.
