How can I track my delivery?

We work in collaboration with various logistics companies in Nigeria for interstate deliveries, and so orders can be tracked depending on the logistics company you chose. We simply request your order details, contact the company responsible for your delivery, and on confirming the status a feedback on the delivery will be sent to you via email alerts or live chat.
If you have any concerns about the delivery status, you can contact FMT's customer service team by clicking on the "Talk to us" button at the top right of the homepage or selecting "Live Chat" at the right bottom of the page.
Note: When you place an order, you are provided with a delivery timeline. On the day of delivery, the delivery agent will also call you.
