How do I make payment offline?

While our platform supports online payments, we also provide offline payment options for customers who prefer alternative methods. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to make offline payments:


1. Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Place Your Order: Browse and select the medical products you want to purchase. 

 - Proceed to the checkout page and choose "Bank Transfer" as your payment option.

2. Receive Bank Details: Upon confirming your order, you will receive an email with our banking details, including: Bank name, Account number, SWIFT/BIC code (for international payments), Bank address

3. Complete the Transfer: Visit your bank or use online banking to complete the transfer. 

 - Ensure that you include the order number or invoice reference in the transfer details to ensure smooth processing.

4. Confirm Payment: After completing the transfer, email a copy of your transfer receipt to our accounts team at [email protected] 

- Once we verify the payment, we will process and ship your order.

Processing Time: Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days, depending on your bank and location.


2. Purchase Orders (PO) for Institutional Buyers

For hospitals, clinics, and other institutional buyers, we accept Purchase Orders (PO) as a method of offline payment.

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Place Your Order: Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. 

- Choose "Purchase Order" as your payment method.

2. Submit Your PO: After completing the order, email your official Purchase Order document to [email protected] 

- The PO must include: Your organization's details, Billing and shipping addresses, Reference number of the order

3. Order Fulfillment: Once the PO is reviewed and approved, we will process and dispatch your order. 

- Payment terms will be based on the agreed upon terms (Net 30 days).

Processing Time: Orders are processed once the PO is approved.


3. Mobile Money (For Specific Countries)

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Place Your Order: Select your products and proceed to the checkout page. 

- Choose "Mobile Money" as your payment method.

2. Follow Instructions: After confirming your order, you will receive instructions on how to complete the mobile money payment. 

- Use your mobile phone to send the exact order total to the provided mobile money number.

3. Confirm Payment: After sending the payment, take a screenshot or photo of the confirmation message and email it to [email protected] with your order number. 

- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

Processing Time: Mobile money payments are usually processed within minutes.
