How to contact Customer Support

To contact our Support Team, choose your most convenient channel: live chat, email, or WhatsApp.


Chat

Live chat is the fastest way to get a response from us. Once you send us a message, one of the Support Teams online will respond shortly. We recommend using it for urgent cases.

To start a chat, simply:

° Go to our homepage.

° Click on the "Talk to us" button on the top left photo or click on Help Channels at the top right of the screen.

° Scroll down to the bottom right and click on the blue icon of Live Chat.

° Read the pop up message and click on "I agree"

° Fill out the form that includes your department (this indicates the office you intend to chat with. For instance, customer support, delivery support, manufacturers connect, vendor support, or pharmaceutical orders), name, email, phone number, and reason for reaching us or your inquiry.

° Click on the "Start chat" button and an agent will respond.

Note: Be detailed about describing your issue(s). This will help save us time on asking clarifying questions and allow us to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Here are some tips on how to prepare an efficient email and get assistance faster based on the type of issue you have:

  1. Something is not working correctly on the platform

If you're using the desktop version, specify what operating system and browser you use. If possible, take screenshots that show what kind of issue appears.

  1. Issues with payments

See the FAQs on our Payment Channel Support. If your issue is unresolved, contact Customer Support or Email us with the following: Describe what kind of issue you've faced. Specify important details: what package you bought, what payment method you used, sum, date of the payment, depositor's name. It's best to attach a payment receipt copy or debit alert proof. This will help us a lot to assist you faster.

  1. Scam case

Please report any scams you've encountered or concerns you may have regarding users misleading others in your email. Provide a link to the user's profile and include all the information you have, such as screenshots of your chats as well as any additional images or documents that support your statements, if at all possible. Our chances of taking all necessary actions more quickly depends on the amount of information we have.
